**Limited Two-Year Warranty**

**DOMO** warrants to the original consumer purchaser that it will, at its sole option, repair or replace this product or any part of this product, if it confirms that the product is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance for 2 years from the date of purchase.

**This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER the following:

1. 1. Improper Installation – Damage caused by incorrect installation (e.g., inadequate support, uneven framing) voids the warranty.
   2. Physical Abuse or Mishandling – Cracks, scratches, or breaks due to dropping heavy objects, impacts, or rough cleaning tools.
   3. Chemical Damage – Use of harsh cleaners (e.g., abrasives, acidic solutions) that corrode or discolor the surface.
   4. Excessive Heat Exposure – Melting or warping from direct contact with extremely hot objects (e.g., cigarettes, heated appliances).
   5. Unauthorized Modifications – Alterations like drilling holes, cutting, or DIY repairs not approved by the manufacturer.
   6. Natural Wear & Tear – Gradual surface dullness or minor scratches from regular use over time.
   7. Structural Shifts – Cracks due to house settling, earthquakes, or improper subfloor support.
   8. Water Damage from Leaks – If leaks originate from plumbing issues (not the tub itself), the warranty won’t apply.
   9. Lack of Maintenance – Neglecting care (e.g., allowing mold buildup, ignoring manufacturer cleaning guidelines).

This limited warranty grants specific legal rights. Statutory rights may vary by state/province and are unaffected by this warranty.
