**Limited Ten-Year Warranty**

**DOMO** warrants to the original consumer purchaser that it will, at its sole option, repair or replace this product or any part of this product, if it confirms that the product is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance for 10 years from the date of purchase.

**This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER the following:**  

1. Defects or damage arising from shipping, installation, alterations, accidents, abuse, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or use of non-genuine **DOMO** replacement parts, whether caused by the installer, service company, owner, or any other person.
2. **Use of cleaning products containing calcium hypochlorite (chlorine), scouring powders, or pads.**
3. **Permanent staining of the finish due to scented candles used in close proximity to this product.**
4. All costs of removal, transportation, labor, reinstallation, or other expenses (including postage/shipping) for warranty service, which shall be paid by the consumer.
5. **Any liability for consequential or incidental damages**, all of which are expressly disclaimed. **Any implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded.** (*Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.*)
6. **Compliance with local code requirements is excluded from this warranty.** (*Since codes vary, distributors, contractors, and users must verify any restrictions on installation or use.*)

This limited warranty grants specific legal rights. Statutory rights may vary by state/province and are unaffected by this warranty.
